Mindful Practice Makes Magic; Day 4 of the Mastery Practice

Welcome to day 4/31! Read the introduction blog with all the details about this series HERE.
For each day of the month follow these steps:
1. Read the entire exercise quietly.
2. Now read it out loud to yourself.
3. Read the suggested affirmation out loud to yourself. (Or make up your own!)
4. Practice the exercise for that day, as often as you can
5. Journal about it that night or the next morning (but soon after you practice is best)
Day 4 Exercise: Ask more questions
I love asking myself big questions to get me out of doubt and fear and into the moment of possibility. The mindset of curiosity changes your perspective. Today, instead of jumping to conclusions, or judging the situation, ask more questions. You can use some of these:
What else is possible?
What if this were easy?
What don’t I know yet?
What if there’s something I haven’t learned yet that could change everything?
For today — especially when you’re confused, feeling bad, or something’s going on that you did not want or expect, fall into the space of curiosity and ask one or two big questions. When you journal today, pick one of the questions listed and write uncensored.
Affirmation: Today I’m loving the big questions and allow myself to question everything, keeping a curious, open-minded attitude.
