Mindful Practice Makes Magic; Day 30 of the Mastery Practice

Welcome to day 30/31! Read the introduction blog with all the details about this series HERE.
For each day of the month follow these steps:
1. Read the entire exercise quietly.
2. Now read it out loud to yourself.
3. Read the suggested affirmation out loud to yourself. (Or make up your own!)
4. Practice the exercise for that day, as often as you can
5. Journal about it that night or the next morning (but soon after you practice is best)
Day 30 Exercise: Feel
The now, in my opinion is always a version of feeling. Inside of feeling and sensing our life is the awareness of our now moment. It’s through the feeling that we’re processing and making decisions, if we allow ourselves to do that. When we feel, it’s our intuition doing the feeling. Thought will tend to interrupt feeling with it’s opinion. Today, take all the tips you’ve practiced and practice using them all to feel your life and notice what that’s like. Notice your mind trying to take over and add it’s opinion. Honor that and gently move back to feeling. Write some notes in your journal about how mindful, feeling practice feels. How has this practice changed your moment, your day, your dream or your vision?
Affirmation: Today I invite myself to feel everything without attachment or judgement, as a true curiosity of life.
