Welcome to day 29/31! Read the introduction blog with all the details about this series HERE.
For each day of the month follow these steps:
1. Read the entire exercise quietly.
2. Now read it out loud to yourself.
3. Read the suggested affirmation out loud to yourself. (Or make up your own!)
4. Practice the exercise for that day, as often as you can
5. Journal about it that night or the next morning (but soon after you practice is best)
Day 29 Exercise: Taste
For today I’d like you to notice everything you taste. This could be drink or food. This could be another person. This could be your own sweat. It could be the pollen in the air. Notice today what your tongue says. Write about your favorite tastes; about how it feels to really taste your life.
Affirmation: Today I notice the taste of life and allow my tongue to lead me toward what’s good.
