Welcome to day 26, 27 & 28/31! Read the introduction blog with all the details about this series HERE.

For each day of the month follow these steps:
1. Read the entire exercise quietly.
2. Now read it out loud to yourself.
3. Read the suggested affirmation out loud to yourself. (Or make up your own!)
4. Practice the exercise for that day, as often as you can
5. Journal about it that night or the next morning (but soon after you practice is best)
