Mindful Practice Makes Magic; Day 25 of the Mastery Practice

Welcome to day 25/31! Read the introduction blog with all the details about this series HERE.

For each day of the month follow these steps:

1. Read the entire exercise quietly.
2. Now read it out loud to yourself.
3. Read the suggested affirmation out loud to yourself. (Or make up your own!)
4. Practice the exercise for that day, as often as you can
5. Journal about it that night or the next morning (but soon after you practice is best)

Day 25 Exercise: Be Clear

Today I want you to practice feeling clear in your body and mind. I want you to make decisions today only based on what feels good or bad in your body. If it’s a yes, go for it. If it’s a no, say no. Be unapologetic about this for today. If you notice confusion, that’s a no. Practice following what feels really good today. Write about what happened when you did this for a day. The resistance, the freedom, the reactions, everything.

Affirmation: Today I feel clear about what feels good to me and I choose to move toward those things unapologetically.
