Mindful Practice Makes Magic; Day 21 of the Mastery Practice

It’s ALWAYS about now. Your love, your happiness, your joy, your relationships, your health, your business…your life.

Welcome to day 21/31! Read the introduction blog with all the details about this series HERE.

For each day of the month follow these steps:

1. Read the entire exercise quietly.
2. Now read it out loud to yourself.
3. Read the suggested affirmation out loud to yourself. (Or make up your own!)
4. Practice the exercise for that day, as often as you can
5. Journal about it that night or the next morning (but soon after you practice is best)

21. Move

Today practice moving and feeling that movement like you’re being asked to describe how it is to inhabit the human body and you’re describing that to an alien. I want you to try exercising today and being so in your body you get lost in the movement. Go for a walk. Do a yoga pose. Sit still. Breathe deep. Dance. Any movement activity will do — it’s about noticing how it feels to have a body, and what that body was created for. You can use this prompt for your journaling today: When I move and feel the movement in my body without thinking too much I feel ______.

Affirmation: Today I notice the miracle of my body and how it feels to move it in all ways.
