Welcome to day 20/31! Read the introduction blog with all the details about this series HERE.

For each day of the month follow these steps:

1. Read the entire exercise quietly.
2. Now read it out loud to yourself.
3. Read the suggested affirmation out loud to yourself. (Or make up your own!)
4. Practice the exercise for that day, as often as you can
5. Journal about it that night or the next morning (but soon after you practice is best)

Day 20 exercise: Forgive

Today I’d like you to practice forgiving. Yourself. Others. Past mistakes. Current blunders. See how it feels to just let go of blame, resentment and anger today. Especially toward yourself. Go back to the moment and breathe as you do this. Stay present, in your body, while you practice forgiveness today. Forgive everyone. Notice when you feel resistance to it. For your journaling practice today set a timer for 5 minutes and fill in the blank: When I forgive myself for past mistakes, I feel ______.

Affirmation: Today forgiving is easy and I’m allowing forgiveness into my life in every way.
