Mindful Practice Makes Magic; Day 14 of the Mastery Practice
It’s ALWAYS about now. Your love, your happiness, your joy, your relationships, your health, your business…your life.
Ready to create a new, positive habit of mindfulness, enhance your life or your business, and align with peace, joy and purpose? You’ll enjoy a mindful action step for each day of the month of July in this 31-day mindfulness and journaling series.
Want it live? I’m doing it live in my Facebook group. Find The Brave Healers Mastermind and Refuge HERE and join our community for this journey! I’ll be doing a guided exercise every morning of July there to motivate you.
Welcome to day 14/31! Read the introduction blog with all the details about this series HERE.
For each day of the month follow these steps:
1. Read the entire exercise quietly.
2. Now read it out loud to yourself.
3. Read the suggested affirmation out loud to yourself. (Or make up your own!)
4. Practice the exercise for that day, as often as you can
5. Journal about it that night or the next morning (but soon after you practice is best)
Day 14 Exercise: Notice what feels bad
Today when you’re feeling bad about something, I want you to look at your notes from yesterday about what feels good and attempt to flip your switch to those things. Notice how easy or difficult that is. Notice your own resistance. Write about it in your journal today. Notice the feeling as just that — a physical sensation in your body and describe it a little. Go back to the Day-10 practice and don’t add meaning. Just breathe into the feeling itself. And then as you choose something more healthy and helpful, notice the feeling of resistance, if there is any, and write about that too!
Affirmation: Today when I feel bad I notice it quickly and I easily flip the switch to something that feels good.
Remember, you can join me live for the practice every day of July HERE.
