Clubhouse: Alone in a Room and 5 Badass Life Lessons

I pulled on the gloves that work on the iPhone, you know the ones with those funky tips that actually let you do stuff on the screen? My hat, two coats (it’s 30 degrees here today) and my earbuds were in place.
“I lost my party hat this week,” I told a colleague yesterday. You know the founders dreamed up all sorts of ways that jokes about being a virgin or sex could be worked into their BETA testing period. I love them for having that kind of sense of humor.
All-in-all I’m going to say I’ve loved Clubhouse.
I’ve met people from all over the globe this week; new, fun, positive, world-changers who have big hearts, quick wit, and some badass thoughts about life and business. I love being able to connect in my workout clothes, fuzzy pants, with or without makeup, and sans ring light. It’s fun, casual, and if the world needs anything right now, it’s a little more fun.
Today, I ended up alone in my own room.
Gawsh, the flashbacks to time-outs. Or maybe it was standing in the corner of the classroom with your face to the wall. Do they do that anymore?
